	Certified Claims Professional (CCP) – earning this designation demonstrates your understanding of the fundamental principles of managing insurance claims, competency in practical application of concepts, and a commitment to the claims profession. Select a specialty in casualty claims, construction, cyber claims, professional lines, property claims, transportation, or workers compensation. To earn this designation: 1. Complete Level One program and pass final exam OR pass the test-out exam. 2. Complete Level Two and pass final exam. 3. Complete Level Three and pass final exam. 4. Celebrate! You earned your CCP!
	Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) – earning this designation demonstrates mastery of advanced claims management concepts and a significant commitment to the profession. To earn the ACP: 1. Earn the CCP designation. 2. Complete two schools and pass final exam in each: Claims Mediation, Extra-Contractual Claims, Litigation Management 3. Celebrate! You earned your ACP! Professionals with more than ten years of industry experience who don't hold a CCP may participate by completing two schools plus the School of Leadership.
