Cancellation Policy

Registration Cancellations/Transfers
You may cancel registration and request a full refund less a $50 administrative fee up to 30 days prior to the event start. No refunds will be made after this time. Or you may transfer registration to another individual in your organization, subject to eligibility, within 10 days prior to the start of the event. No transfers will be made after this time. All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to eventhelp@theclm.org.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
A one-night room deposit will be collected by the hotel at the time of booking. Refunds on this deposit are available up to 30 days prior to the event start. Deposits are non-refundable after this time.

Event Cancellation
CLM reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations or any other unforeseen circumstances. In case of conference cancellation, CLM liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. CLM reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
