Certified Claims Professional (CCP) Program
Ideal for professionals with five to eight years of experience, this program offers three progressive levels of education. Start with foundational knowledge or progress through all three levels and earn your CCP designation. Specialize in one of seven areas: • Casualty Claims • Construction • Cyber Claims (2 levels) • Professional Lines • Property Claims • Transportation • Workers Compensation Steps to Earning Your CCP

2. Complete Level One or pass the test out exam
3. Complete Level Two and pass the exam
4. Complete Level Three and pass the exam
5. Celebrate! You are now a Certified Claims Professional!
Fast-Track Option: test out of Level One from home and start the program at Level Two. If you don’t pass, we'll apply the test out fee towards your in-person Level One tuition. It’s risk free! Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) Program Continue on your journey to become a claims leader with the ACP program, designed for those who have completed the CCP program or have over 10 years of industry experience. Focus on advanced claims management concepts and build your leadership skills through specialized schools: Steps to Earning Your ACP 1. Earn the CCP designation*
2. Complete two ACP schools and pass the final exam in each 3. Celebrate! You are now an Advanced Claims Professional! *Professionals with over 10 years of experience who don't hold a CCP may participate by completing two elective schools, plus the School of Leadership.
Certificate Programs Want advanced education but don't want to pursue the ACP designation? Attend any of the ACP program schools individually.
