CLM Event Registration Cancellation Policy Updated April 1, 2022 Registration Cancellation In the event you are unable to attend this conference: - a full refund less a $50 administrative fee will be provided for cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the start of the event. No refunds will be made after this date. OR - you may transfer registration to someone else in your organization, subject to eligibility, within 10 days prior to the start of the event. No transfers will be made after this date. Cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to eventhelp@theclm.org. Event Cancellation CLM reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations or any other unforeseen circumstances. In case of conference cancellation, CLM’s liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. CLM reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice. Covid Health and Safety Updated April 12, 2022 We are committed to your health and well-being during our conference. Our COVID protocols are based on current CDC guidance and all federal, state, and local government mandates. As we monitor changing conditions, our protocols will be revised in real time and resulting updates will be communicated prior to the event start. Current Guidelines (as of April 12, 2022) • All guests are strongly encouraged to take a COVID-19 test within 72-hours of the start of the conference and agree not to attend should they receive a positive result. Proof of test results is not required for attendance. • All guests, regardless of vaccination status, are encouraged to wear a mask when in the indoor event space.
Additional Safety Considerations All onsite CLM staff are fully vaccinated AND receive COVID-19 testing prior to the event. For added safety throughout the event, we will: • Provide additional hand sanitizing stations. • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces. How You Can Keep Others Safe • Do not attend the event if you are sick, displaying COVID-19 symptoms or have been recently exposed to someone with COVID-19. • Practice social distancing and be mindful of other attendee's comfort level. • If you feel ill during the event, please remain in your room and immediately call 954-372-3240.
