2021 School of Workers Compensation
Overview
The School of Workers Compensation is designed for professionals who currently work in workers compensation or are interested in pursuing a career in the field. Professionals of all experience levels will benefit from the School’s rigorous curriculum, which is broken into three levels. In Level 1, students focus on the core competencies essential to being a successful workers compensation claims professional. Level 2 addresses the science behind setting reserves and other more advanced topics. Level 3 helps claims professionals look at the broader picture and prepares them for significant leadership roles. Level 3 includes subjects such as negotiating MSAs, management of vendors and staff and metrics analysis.
Upon successful completion of all three levels of the School, graduates will earn the Certified Claims Professional (CCP) in Workers Compensation designation.
