To receive this rate, reservations must be made by August 4, 2023 through the link provided during event registration. Reservations made after this date will be made at the hotel's standard rate. Once your reservation is made, you may modify or cancel directly with the hotel. Please take note of the hotel cancellation policy below.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
A one-night room deposit will be collected by the hotel at the time of booking. Refunds on this deposit are available up to 30 days prior to the event start. Deposits are non-refundable after this time.
Please note, hotel costs are not included in the event registration fee.
Airline Discounts and Reservations
