The primary objective is to educate litigation and claim professionals in the field of Extra-Contractual Claims. Upon completion of the school and its requirements,  

1. Students will be able to recognize and proactively manage extra-contractual claims in multiline insurance settings.
2. Students will be able to recognize extra-contractual setups and red flags in order to achieve optimal results in resolution outcomes.
3. Students will be able to discuss practical as well as theoretical results, protocols, and case management strategies through pretrial and trial.
4. Students will be able to promote and enhance litigation and claim management procedures germane to the discipline within their companies and organizations.
