Biography

Jennifer Klase is a Commercial Lines Claim Supervisor at State Auto Insurance. She is a remote manager managing staff in Columbus, Ohio and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Her team handles commercial lines general liability and automobile injury claims including some litigation and specializes in handling the large account customers with a territory spread of approximately 20 states. She has over 20 years litigation experience working for multiple insurance carriers handling commercial lines litigation claims both in management and non-management positions.
 
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Public Financial Administration from Indiana University and received her Masters in Business Administration from Butler University. She has obtained her CPCU and her SCLA designations.
