Beth Finkle: Beth is  Director at Bates Group, www.batesgroup.com,  the nation's leading provider of financial services expertise, including securities litigation and arbitration support, internal and regulatory investigations, research and intelligence, compliance and AML consulting, expert testimony, and forensic and damages analyses consulting.  Bates has a 30 year track record for providing compliance and litigation consulting services and testifying “industry” experts " for financial services/banking and insurance companies’ matters.  Our role is to partner with clients and their counsel, bringing our technical, industry and project management expertise to address the issues and support their work to a full and final resolution. 
Beth began her career as an M&A and litigation paralegal in New York law firms and for the past twenty years has dedicated herself to the promotion of technology and consulting to corporate and law firm clients. Beth provides expertise on the use and application of strategies that advance cost efficiencies and reduced risks throughout the litigation/dispute life cycle. Beth’s passion is to provide education and is interested in sharing her knowledge and experience with CLM members. Beth is also Executive Director of Women in eDiscovery, www.womeninediscovery.org, an organization dedicated to the education and professional development of women involved with legal technologies for litigation, Big Data, data privacy, cybersecurity, eDiscovery, data analytics, and information management. As Executive Director, Beth drives the strategic direction and vision for the 28 chapter organization.
