Biography

Mr. Gillespie has over 10 years of claims experience in the insurance industry. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine. After a number of years in customer service and sales for the pharmaceutical industry, he entered the claims industry in 2005 gaining experience in Georgia as a self-employed independent adjuster and a construction estimator.  Ken joined the Builders Mutual in the first quarter of 2011 as a Multi-State Senior Adjuster specializing in litigated claims.  He was promoted in late 2013 as a Supervising Litigation Adjuster.
Ken also is certified as Residential Haag Roofing Inspector.  Ken has presented on panels for DRI, ALFA and CLM.
