Biography

Paul is Assistant Vice President of Corporate Litigation and Assistant General Counsel for Infinity Insurance Company in Birmingham, Alabama. He joined Infinity as Corporate Counsel in 2006, and is responsible for corporate legal matters and directing litigation of bad-faith and extracontractual lawsuits, class actions, employment litigation, and other direct actions nationwide. Prior to joining Infinity, he spent 12 years in private practice as a litigator in Birmingham. He graduated from Birmingham-Southern College and from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama, and is admitted to the State Bars of Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. He formerly chaired CLM's Insurance Bad Faith Committee, eDiscovery and ESI Committee, Membership Task Force, and Alabama Chapter.
