Biography

Ed served as the Casualty Process Leader for Progressive’s Specialty Claims group focused on high exposure commercial auto, special lines, and tort claims .  Ed began with Progressive in 1976 as a claims adjuster.  He held a number of management positions, including Branch Manager, Regional Claim Manager, Audit Director, National Claims Training Manager, National SIU Director, Claims Business Leader in Progressive's Gulf Division (FL, AL, MS, LA) along with a range of Corporate Claims process management positions.  He is based in Cleveland and is now retired.
