Biography

Jeanette has over 25 years of claims management experience in the P&C industry. She has held several key leadership positions including Chief Operating and Claims Officer, VP of Claims Operations and Claims Financial Officer. She has a diverse background that has incorporated strategic planning, operations, project management, process improvement, litigation management and sales. Extensive experience with catastrophic claim handling for auto, property and casualty claims. Proven results reducing ALAE, improving claim quality, service and profitability. She began her career at State Farm and has worked at Fortune 500 P&C carriers as well as TPAs.
