Biography

Joel Sternstein is a Claim Account Manager in the large construction unit at Arch Insurance Group, Inc.   He currently handles general liability (including bodily injury and construction defect) automobile, and workers compensation claims.  Prior to Arch, Joel was a construction claims manager at Starr Companies where he specialized in construction claims – particularly general liability, auto, and excess exposure.   Prior to Starr, Joel was an adjuster for CNA where he specialized in construction, medical products liability, and toxic tort claims.  Joel is a licensed attorney in Illinois and practiced law at three government agencies before moving to the insurance industry in 2005.
