Biography

Please check out my full bio at www.jamsadr.com and also on Linked In.  I am a mediator and arbitrator focused on complex disputes most of which involve insurance in some way.  I handle premises, products, GL, NY Labor Law, EPL, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, accountants malpractice and insurance broker E&O claims.  I handled coverage disputes involving cyber, pollution, E&O, D&O, commercial property, CGL, umbrella, excess, event cancellation, reps and warranties, captive, fronted and reinsurance policies.  In my prior life, I was both a coverage lawyer as well as Global Head of Casualty Claims at AIG (17 years in claims at AIG).  I believe a mediator should be prepared, committed and engaged throughout the mediation process and should be able to engage all parties on the merits of their dispute in a productive forward-looking manner.  Please feel free to contact me to discuss my approach further.
