Biography

Jason Aaron is an associate who practices in the area of general liability, with an emphasis on Construction and Labor Law litigation. Jason also practices in the fields of premises liability, security/premises litigation, property damage, fire and explosion, and trucking and transportation.  Jason represents building owners, commercial establishments, well known retail stores, restaurants and bars, contractors, sporting facility operators, management companies, private security companies and transportation companies, in all aspects of litigation.
Jason earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2013 and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware in 2010. Following law school, Jason worked as a law clerk in the Chambers of the Honorable Kelly O’Neill Levy, Acting Supreme Court Justice, at the Harlem Community Justice Center.  Jason also worked in a private insurance defense firm in their general liability division.
Jason is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
