Biography

A partner at MSZL&M since 2007, Mr. Abrams focuses on creating a culture of unparalleled service, treating each case as if it were his only case and always mindful of the adage that “if you don’t service your clients they way they expect to be serviced, somebody else will.”

Client confidence serves as the foundation on which Richard Abrams has built his practice. In over two decades of practicing law, he has found that identifying the correct and most cost effective exit strategy for each case allows him to foresee and prevent changes to the litigation plan that could increase client costs, and unnecessarily extend the life of the case.

Born in Atlantic City, Mr. Abrams made Delaware his home after college, and has two grown daughters and two grandsons. He enjoys reading, collecting baseball memorabilia, watching baseball, music and trivia.
