Biography

Kimberly Sullivan, Associate Director, Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions at Aon,  provides due diligence and risk management consulting for private equity and corporate clients.  Previously, Kimberly was Vice President of Exposure Management and led the overall coordination of exposure management for all lines of business for MiddleOak which included catastrophe and reinsurance exposure. In addition, Kimberly had oversight of entrance into new markets, emerging tort issues, and auditing/compliance of underwriting protocols. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Vice President of Litigation and Casualty Claims for MiddleOak, with responsibility for all lines of litigated claims and general oversight of litigation management.  She was also responsible for the management of the premises liability/GL claims units who handled losses in 33 states.  Kimberly earned a B.S., Economics, from Boston College and holds several insurance certifications. She has been in the insurance industry for 30 years with past leadership roles at The Travelers, OneBeacon, and MiddleOak.
