
Simon Keshishian
Biography
Simon Keshishian is a risk lawyer and risk manager with nearly three decades of experience in the insurance, legal and corporate sectors. He currently serves as Vice President of Risk Management & Counsel for Red Bull North America, Inc., an Austrian multinational company with an annual turnover exceeding $12 billion. At Red Bull, Simon oversees insurance, risk management, and claims strategies for the company's diverse portfolio, which includes energy drinks, a record label, a media house, action sports, soccer, and Formula 1 teams. His responsibilities include managing insured litigation, claims management, risk finance, and event safety from Red Bull's North American Headquarters in Santa Monica, California.
Simon previously had a role in risk management at UCLA and spent a decade in claims and litigation management with carriers such as The Travelers, The Hartford, ACE-USA (now Chubb), and HDI-Global. A licensed attorney, Simon holds a Juris Doctor from Texas A&M Law School (formerly Texas Wesleyan SOL) and a Master's from Pepperdine University's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He also holds several insurance-specific designations, including CLCS, CLMP, and RIMS-CRMP and is also licensed as an adjuster.
Simon was named CLM Litigation Manager of the Year for 2018-2019 and continues to contribute to the industry as an advisory board member of CLM, the Sports and Entertainment Risk Management Alliance (SERMA), and the RING (Recognizing Inclusion for the Next Generation) certification program.
