Biography

Lauren M. Abbamonte is an Associate at Callahan & Fusco’s New Jersey office. She is a New York and New Jersey licensed attorney with over nineteen years of experience in litigation. Lauren’s practice concentrates on a wide range of matters involving premises liability, product liability, personal injury, and interstate trucking. Lauren specializes in identifying potential risk exposures and proposing efficient legal strategies to foster risk minimization. 

Before joining the firm, Lauren spent a significant portion of her career in direct litigation cases in New Jersey and New York. She also served in an NCC role advising and working with counsel throughout the country on liability matters with a focus on minimizing exposure for the benefit of corporate clients. 

In addition, Lauren’s experience includes coordinating and providing rapid response in catastrophic commercial trucking and transportation cases and advising and preparing corporate witnesses for testimony in transportation, premises liability, and products liability cases.
