Biography
Joshua has significant litigation experience, including the areas of bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, commercial litigation, general liability, products liability, and professional liability. Joshua has represented a wide array of individual and institutional clients, inclusive of car dealerships, insurance companies, insurance professionals, and national banks.
Joshua handles cases from pre-suit through trial, if necessary. In addition to a wealth of pleading practice experience, Joshua has conducted numerous depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, experts, and witnesses. He has achieved favorable results for his clients through arbitration, bench trials, and mediation (court annexed and private). Additionally, he has second chaired a number of jury trials and appellate arguments.
Joshua attended Quinnipiac University School of Law. During his time there, he was actively engaged with a local Hartford community organization tasked with reevaluating Connecticut’s environmental laws and regulations. This project was coordinated by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
