Biography

Rob defends truck drivers and trucking companies in transportation accidents, moving violations, and other matters. In one such matter, he defended a driver whose disabled truck was hit by an intoxicated motorist. 

In addition, Rob represents insurance companies and retailers, in particular on cases involving fraud and injury. Clients appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail, like the insurer he represented in an insurance fraud case where an individual filed claims for reimbursement of a significant amount of non-existent items after a natural disaster damaged their home. To quantify the fraud, he had to sort through thousands of pages of documents and accurately identify the list of fraudulent items. 

Before joining Roetzel, Rob served as Hamilton County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, where he gained extensive trial experience as First Chair in 18 jury trials and more than 100 bench trials. As a Prosecutor, Rob investigated and prosecuted numerous vehicle accidents involving serious injury or death.
