Biography

Linda Pretzel has over 40 years claims and risk management experience. In addition to her extensive involvement in Construction Defect litigation (emphasis on Wraps and Developers), Linda has expertise in handling E & O (Architects, Engineers, Legal, Real-estate, Accounting, and Insurance agents), D & O, and EPLI claims. Linda’s educational background includes a Juris Doctorate and a Masters in Finance.
