Biography

Resolute is one of the nation’s largest Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) providers.  Resolute provides mediation, arbitration, ADR training, and consulting services to its clients throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Established in 1988, Resolute maintains a panel of over 2,800 mediators and arbitrators who resolve thousands of civil disputes annually. Resolute’s outstanding customer service and results-orientated philosophy have earned a number of awards and distinctions, including being named “ADR Provider of the Year” by the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, being ranked the 66th fastest-growing company by Inc. magazine (13th Annual Edition), and being voted a "Best ADR Provider" by the National Law Journal and New York Law Journal.
