Product Liability
The mission of the Product Liability Committee is to provide a forum for CLM Fellows and Members to exchange information related to product liability litigation and risk management; track industry developments and trends; educate product manufacturers, distributors and retailers, and the insurance industry on current legal and policy issues of interest; and, publish articles and create programs dealing with important topics relating to products liability. Both Fellows and Members are eligible for a Product Liability Committee role; however, participation on the committee by Members, as well as by Vendors, Service Providers and Consultants, is preconditioned on that Member, Vendor, Service Provider or Consultant first nominating an insurance, claims or corporate Fellow who joins the committee.
