Claims Counsel
The Claims Counsel Group is a community of in-house attorneys advising internal insurance company clients on issues relating to insurance coverage, good faith claims handing, and claims compliance. This networking group provides an opportunity for in-house attorneys to leverage the expertise of its members to offer lectures, webinars, articles and other educational support on issues important to in-house counsel handling these matters. Through regular webinars and in-person events, this community will have collaborative discussions about organizational structures and logistics, industry trends, and other general issues internal clients may face.
