2017 School of Casualty Claims
Overview
The School of Casualty Claims is designed for claims professionals from all lines of business. Students will benefit from the School’s rigorous curriculum, which is designed to help strengthen current skills and develop new skills and knowledge in order to excel professionally. Level 1 courses focus on claims basics such as coverage, investigation and evaluation, litigation management and disposition strategy. Students in Level 2 will learn the technical, communication, execution and decision-making skills needed to handle more complex claims. Level 3 will concentrate on more complex coverage issues and bad faith principles, and it will also teach students how to fine-tune their presentation and management skills.
Upon successful completion of all three levels of the School, graduates will earn the Certified Claims Professional (CCP) in Casualty Claims designation.
