Great leaders have the ability to transform people and organizations. They rally teams toward a common goal, enhance value, and deliver better results.
Research suggests that up to 70% of our leadership ability is learned. The School of Leadership provides a comprehensive review of leadership theories and styles as well as practical information for leadership development. You will learn about the roles of claims leaders, leadership challenges, how to effectively leading claims staff to success, and the art of leading across the enterprise.
Upon successful completion of this program, you will earn a Certificate of Completion.
Students who have 10 years of experience plus successful completion of this school, and successful completion of two of the three following schools: Extra-Contractual, Mediation, or Litigation Management, will earn the Advanced Claims Professional (ACP) designation.
