Speaker Bios

Mr. Arthur joined ACIG in 1989 after 16 years of casualty claim experience at the Travelers Insurance Company. He was the assistant manager in the Travelers Dallas field office where he managed the general liability and automobile liability claim units. He also directed the ADR, Structured Settlement and Litigation Management programs. In his career at Travelers, Mr. Arthur worked in VA, FL, AL and TX. He also worked on the Regional Management staff in Dallas where he supervised claim activity in Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Kansas City, Des Moines and Oklahoma City. He holds the Workers Compensation Claims Law and CRIS designations.

Bob Chadwick has 37 years of experience in the areas of labor & employment law, OSHA/occupational safety & health law, and ERISA/fiduciary litigation. He is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His skill set includes counseling, risk management, regulatory compliance, drafting policies and agreements, claim resolution, arbitration, government investigations, litigation and appeals, arbitrations and mediations. He has been recognized as a Texas "Super Lawyer" by Thomson Reuters, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of lawyers in the State. He has also been listed as one of "Texas' Top Rated Lawyers®", based upon a rating of 5.0 out of 5 (AV® Preeminent™), by Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™. He was a member of the Professional Liability Editorial Board for the Journal of American Law, previously published by CLM. He reeived his mediation certificate from Northwestern University, and is a FINRA arbitrator.
