Hillary Price joined The Baldwin Group in July of 2023 as the firm's Manager of Claims Advocacy. She brings over 25 years of insurance claims, insurance brokering, and investment management experience to her role. Hillary began her career as a multi-line field adjuster at Infinity Property & Casualty Corporation (Kemper) in Los Angeles, California, then held several claims management positions, assisted in the development of Chubb’s East Coast TPA Oversight Division in NJ/NY, and most recently was a Senior Claims Consultant and Strategic Coverage Lead at Lockton Companies. Her professional expertise includes complex claims handling, negotiating and advocacy, as well as the implementation and management of large claim programs with self-insureds, carriers, TPAs, MGAs, and captives. She is a proven leader, with years of professional experience supervising multiple teams of nation-wide claims managers and adjusters. Hillary’s technical coverage expertise, risk transfer, NYLL, and risk management strategies are an asset to clients in the construction and real estate space. She is considered a subject matter expert on construction claims, risk transfer, and New York Labor Law. As a former wealth manager and business owner, Hillary possesses comprehensive knowledge of customer service and account management.
