LIMITATIONS
Description
This course is a survey of each state’s limitations period for professional negligence and related claims, with discussions of factors that affect tolling of claims, and special circumstances for claims against professionals. The focus is on legal malpractice, but other professions are discussed where states have statutes that apply to those professions. Medical malpractice is excluded.
