Modern Day Crises:  An Insurance Perspective on When Sex, Drugs, and Guns Go Wrong
This panel will explore three current, ongoing crises through the lens of insurance coverage: sexual harassment and the #MeToo movement, the opioid epidemic, and mass shootings in America. Each segment of the presentation will include the historical context against which these crises developed, the current state of affairs including developments in case law, and coverage implications and considerations.
