Developed by the CLM Nuclear Verdict Task Force, the Preventing Nuclear Verdicts program is focused on educating claims professionals and defense counsel on strategies to help prevent nuclear verdicts. For the past 10 years, plaintiffs’ counsel have used a variety of tactics, including the reptile theory, to inflate verdicts. These nuclear verdicts are driving up premiums and affecting bottom lines. The CLM program provides participants with an in-depth understanding of tactics being used and effective strategies every professional can employ as they play a role in fighting back against nuclear verdicts.

Registration includes all four sessions. Each course will be a combination of lecture and group discussion.
