The Impacts of Covid-19 on Litigation. 


 This CE/CLE will explore the impacts the pandemic has had on claims handling, new challenges associated with standard defenses to claims, new causes of action, and overall impacts and considerations due to changes in discovery and trial continuances.

 It will provide an overview of how the courts across the country are handling some of these issues and things to keep in mind as we continue to defend matters in this new era.
