May 1, 2024 Education Seminar: Gerlach - Where Are We Now? 
This seminar will provide insight for claims professionals, risk managers, third party administrators and attorneys in assessing and addressing construction defect claims before the institution of litigation, including how claims are presented in accordance with the Right to Repair Act, and the types of allegations that must be set forth to establish damages in a construction defect action to pass muster in light of Gerlach.
The course will also discuss procedural mechanisms to implement once litigation is filed and how litigation has been affected by the Gerlach decision, including observations about Gerlach in practice in 2023-2024.
