Mr. Osier will be presenting on how mechanical equipment and systems can cause residential and commercial fires and explosions. Understanding of the fundamentals of the mechanical systems that may cause fires and explosions will help save adjusters and attorneys time during the pre-trial investigative process, through claims adjustment, and beyond. 
Mr. Osier is a licensed professional mechanical engineer experienced in gas and other commercial systems as they relate to causing or contributing to fires and explosions. In addition, Mr. Osier is a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. Prior to joining S-E-A, Mr. Osier spent 11 years working for a full-service consulting firm focusing on mechanical systems for power plants.
