Claims professionals, risk managers, third-party administrators and attorneys all have preferred ways to handle the various aspects of a privacy (including HIPAA) claims or managing information security litigation.  However, these professionals are not always aware of the range of options available to them.  This seminar will provide insight and instruction from, and interaction with, experienced risk and litigation managers with the goal of providing the attendees practical advice in order to enable them to better prepare for the possibility of a claim and resulting litigation arising from an allegation of negligence or a violation of various privacy or consumer data protection laws.
