The Houston Chapter of the CLM will be hosting a seminar that will examine the Anatomy of an Energy Claim. From the assessment of the potential risk, to the placement of insurance coverage, to the onset of a claim, through the investigation process and then finally, through the trial of the case. The Anatomy of an Energy Claim will provide insight and an overview on these critical issues.
