Biography

Mr. Moon is a partner with Quintairos Prieto working out of the New York and SW Florida offices. He is first chair trial experienced having tried multiple trials to jury. He practices in the areas of professional liability, business litigation and finanial claims, property claims, and general liability claims. He is certified as a mediator and arbitrator and has served as a FINRA arbitrator on multiple panels and as a mediator for first party storm loss claims on multiple panels.  He was formerly licensed as a Florida Insurance Adjuster having adjusted hundreds of hurricane storm claims. 

He holds an advanced law degree LL.M in International Law with a focus on off shore insurance and financial institutions. Additionally, he is certified in Compliance and AML by the AAFM, and has further certification and training in Risk Management through the University of Manchester.
