He has also appeared on Bloomberg Finance and National Underwriter webinars, and provides k eynotes in the U.S., Canada, India, Korea. Guy also guest lectures at Graduate Schools around the world. He has been engaged by U.S. Federal and State Legislators, Cabinet Level Foreign Leaders, Fortune 100 firms, international trade associations, startup entrepreneurs,Venture Capital firms, and game changing institutions such as The X-Prize Foundation. Finally, he is the author of “Awake”: to be released in 2018.

Fraud Schemes and Scams - "Big Picture Fraud"

In this overview course, students will be exposed to the extensive variety of fraud schemes and scams in each line of insurance which will be presented at the School of Fraud at the Claims College. Each specific session will delve more into the nuances and indicators of the fraud schemes, so for this course, the student will learn more about the type and title of each scheme and scam.

Property/Catastrophe Fraud
Whether it’s a large catastrophe (Super Storm Sandy, Hurricane Andrew), a residential fire or commercial burglary; Property and Casualty carriers face the potential issue of fraud. How do you ferret out the potential fraud; separating out the legitimate claims vs. questionable? The course is designed to give a working knowledge of what property fraud is, different types of property fraud scenarios and a practical approach to investigating the issue to make the appropriate decision.
