This course focuses on the trial of a commercial motor vehicle case. Everyone in the target audience for this course participates in some way in the process through which a commercial motor vehicle case is either resolved prior to trial or is tried before a jury/judge. The overall purpose of this course is to give an individual a foundation of knowledge that will enable that person to be an effective participant in the resolution and trial process.
