Negligent Hiring, Retention and Supervision
This course focuses on the legal basis for a Plaintiff to bring a case for negligent hiring, supervision, and/or retention in the context of a motor vehicle case. The course will also focus on the cross-examination of a Plaintiff's witness in order to aid the target audience in their investigations of such claims.

This course will describe the purposes and goals of an independent medical examination. It will discuss how to choose an examining doctor as well as documents needed and other preparation for the examination. A mock IME will be conducted.

This course will give the claims professionals insight on accident reconstruction basics. They will learn how an expert reconstructionist investigates a scene and determines the causes of accidents. The course will also cover a tractor/trailer’s mechanical systems and how they relate to accident causes.

Advanced Truck Accient Reconstruction
This course will give the claims professionals insight on accident reconstruction advanced. They will learn how an expert reconstructionist investigates a scene and determines the causes of accidents. The course will also cover a tractor/trailer’s mechanical systems and how they relate to accident causes.
