On Oct. 13, 2022, the CLM Wisconsin Chapter held an educational and networking event at Good City Brewing in Wauwatosa. John Loringer of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP and Mike LoCoco of McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC presented and discussed with attendees strategies for dealing with difficult clients, the duty to defend, and when one can withdraw representation.
The chapter is led by President Matthew Rosek (McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC); Vice President Carol Siefkes (Markel Service, Inc.); Secretary Brad Markvart (The General Insurance); and Director of Events John Loringer (Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP).
