2025 Phenoms Under 40 Honorees

Each year, the “Phenoms Under 40” submissions we receive hold a special surprise. In 2022, when we first launched this feature, we were amazed by the enthusiasm CLM members and fellows displayed when nominating talented colleagues for recognition. In 2023, we were impressed by the dedication the Phenoms showed to lifting up their fellow young professionals and serving their communities. This year, our 10 winners turned heads for both the sheer amount of responsibilities they have taken on at their firms and companies, and their firm grasp of cutting edge industry trends and technology.
