Need Another Reason to Attend the 2024 Annual Conference?
Let’s get the party started as Justin Willman, star and creator of the hit Netflix series Magic For Humans, melts your brain—in a good way! Justin is a magician and comedian whose live show is simultaneously mind-blowing and hilarious. It will likely keep you up at night wondering how any of it was possible. So grab a complimentary cocktail and get ready to laugh. After the show, Justin will be available for a meet and greet and photos.
We’ll also be shining a light on our Lifetime Achievement Award honoree Caryn Siebert as well as announcing the winners of our Professional of the Year Awards as part of the keynote session before we head across the street to City View at Metreon for the Taste of San Francisco Kickoff Party. LMI: A Designation and Up to 24 CE/CLE Credits Too
Join CLM in Chicago June 6-9, 2024, for Litigation Management Institute (LMI). This year, CLM returns to the Loyola University Chicago School of Law for its focused executive education experience. LMI bridges the gap between legal theory and litigation strategy balanced with the business aspects of litigation management. Students spend three days on campus interacting with a cohort of no more than 100 classmates all working towards the Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) designation. Participants often tell us that they found great value in the group interactions and formed ongoing professional relationships with their team.
Registration is now open and is strictly limited to 100 students. For more information and to register, click here.

March 27 – *Recently Added to the Schedule!* – learn from experts in the field how AI-driven solutions can help insurers navigate the complexities of claims litigation more effectively.
May 8 – listen as an esteemed panel of construction counsel and claims professionals explore the type of damages being claimed with consolidated lien, delay, and construction defect claims and the best practices for addressing them.
May 22 – brush up on tips and tricks to maximize recovery on subrogation claims and bolster the negotiating skills of all attendees.
Did you know that besides its community-driven webinars, CLM now offers state-specific webinars? You can find content specific to the state where you handle claims, often providing CE/CLE. CLM is offering one-hour virtual instructor-led training sessions featuring state recognized subject matter experts. The programming is intended for busy insurance professionals struggling to attend in-person conferences and seeking an alternative.
Attendees can select to attend sessions from each state where they handle claims. Content is curated to reflect the unique standards and laws within the featured state.
