CLM Launching New Mentorship Program
CLM is working to launch a Mentorship pilot program in 2024 and would like to request your support in identifying promising mentees. The plan involves CLM pairing 10-15 mentors and mentees for a six-month period. There will be a schedule of regular check-ins, goals and objectives, and quarterly leadership sessions for all participants. The pilot would be for Fellows only at this time and on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are requesting that you submit mentee nominations by Wednesday, Feb. 21. The ideal mentee candidates would be young insurance professionals with high potential. Please contact ainsley.stephens@theclm.org with nominations, thank you for your continued support of CLM.
