Two Pre-Conference Workshops at AC24 – A Convenient Way to Obtain Knowledge and CE/CLE Credits
Getting to San Francisco early on April 2? Why not pick up four CE/CLE credits before the conference gets started. One option is Coverage Bootcamp, an interactive workshop designed for participants to better understand the process for evaluating insurance coverage, preparing coverage correspondence, and developing claims strategies when coverage is questionable. Each participant will work in small groups with instruction, group discussion, and hands-on coaching provided by a team of industry professionals and outside counsel well experienced in insurance coverage analysis and litigation.
Another option is The Art of Fair, Unbiased, and Equitable Claims Negotiation Workshop where participants will explore the art of negotiating with seasoned experts. Facilitators will lead participants through a case study/fact pattern to apply a framework for negotiating in various contexts to bring claims to early resolution. Walk away with tools and strategies for exploring and achieving the most equitable outcomes for all involved.
Both workshops are on Tuesday, April 2 from 1pm-5pm with each worth four CE/CLE credits. You can learn more and register here.
