When Kirsch made partner at age 31, it wasn’t a fluke. It was the product of hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and, most of all, a love of what he was doing. And it’s why his nominator says Kirsch is one of the most knowledgeable and successful subrogation attorneys in the country.

When he joined MWL in 2015, Kirsch hit the ground running, carving out a niche in subrogation cases that involved large loss casualty, commercial auto, transportation and cargo, and workers’ compensation. He knows the ins, outs, and in-betweens of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s regulations so thoroughly that he is often retained by other attorneys around the nation to serve as an expert, and he regularly “trains the trainer” on both the MCS-90 endorsement and Carmack Amendment.

At CLM, Kirsch is certainly no slouch, either. After joining the association in 2015, he has co-chaired the publication/magazine and webinar subcommittees for the Subrogation Committee. He speaks as often as he writes, authoring articles for CLM Magazine, presenting at numerous CLM events, including our Annual Conference, leading webinars, and serving as faculty for the School of Property at CLM’s Claims College. For these and many other reasons, Kirsch has proved himself to be a young man of exceptional capacity, endless dedication, and tireless commitment to improving subrogation within the industry.
