Alexandra Santo

Alexandra Santo began her career as an attorney practicing law at an insurance defense firm before switching to her current career in claims consulting at Golden Bear Insurance Company. Walking in both worlds has given Santo a broader perspective on claims. As one of her nominators comments, “Her legal background provides her with a strong foundation for analyzing complex claims and identifying potential issues.”

Santo combines her experience with impressive creativity, an exceptional work ethic, and a proven ability to handle complex claims in a timely manner—qualities that multiple nominators were quick to highlight. One nominator mentions her ability to “develop effective claims handling strategies that ensure fast, efficient, and cost-effective resolutions.”

Santo also emphasizes mentorships and sharing her vast knowledge and experience.
